Tour Cancellations
▪ Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the tour are eligible for full refund.
▪ Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour will be subject to a fee at the
full cost quoted for the tour.
▪ Cancellation by the captain due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances will not
incur any charges. In such circumstances, refund of the said tour cost or reschedule
will be provided.
▪ Guests who do not show up for their scheduled activity are subject to a fee at the full
cost quoted for the activity.
Private Charters Cancellations
▪ Cancellations made more than 7 days in advance are eligible for full refund.
▪ Cancellations made less than 7 days in advance will be subject to a fee at the full cost
quoted for the activity.
▪ Cancellation by the Captain due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances will not
incur any charges. In such circumstances, refund of the said private charter cost or
reschedule will be provided.
▪ Guests who do not show up for their scheduled activity are subject to a fee at the full
cost quoted for the activity.
